1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this website.

2. Products

The Company sells pre-designed residential home plan packages, concept drawings, renderings, digital files, and related materials.

3. No Professional Services

The Company is not providing architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, permitting, construction management, or code compliance services unless expressly stated in writing.

4. License Grant

Purchase of a plan grants a limited license to use the purchased plan in accordance with the applicable Plan License Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, renderings, graphics, designs, documents, text, and digital materials remain the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell any plan.
Share purchased files with others.
Upload plans to other websites.
Create derivative products for resale.
Use plans beyond the purchased license.

7. No Warranty

All products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, construction, modification, permitting, engineering, or implementation of any purchased plan.
