Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the purchaser, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, included materials, and licensing terms before purchase.

Exceptions may be considered solely at the Company's discretion in cases involving duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, or other extraordinary circumstances.
